I can offer professional yoga class cover to ensure your students continue to receive consistent teaching with minimum disruption.

The first Sunday of every month, I will be at Tranquility Yoga Studio at 09.30-10.30.  This class will be focussing on movement for strength, balance and flexibility using light weights and resistance bands.

In 2026 I will be offering a weekly class at a venue (tbc) which will combine asana with light weights, resistance bands.​
